01 Acceptance of Terms

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

Uw33 supports a variety of payment methods suited for Malaysian users, including FPX, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 for most payment methods
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 to a Malaysia bank account registered under the member's name
• Withdrawals are processed within 24–72 working hours after KYC verification is complete
• Only bank accounts registered under the verified member's name are accepted for withdrawals
• Depositing via third-party methods or another person's account is prohibited

Uw33 does not charge any withdrawal fees to members. However, your bank or digital wallet provider may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control.

05 Bonus & Promotions

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per new member
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in the cancellation of all bonuses

06 Game Rules

07 Prohibited Conduct

08 Account Closure & Suspension

• Violation of any rule within these Terms and Conditions
• Inaccurate or false registration information
• Member found to be ineligible (underage or from a restricted region)
• Self-closure request by a member for responsible gaming reasons
• Activities that violate the law or raise suspicion of money laundering

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the uw33 customer support team via live chat. Valid fund balances will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met and verification is complete.

09 Liability Limits

Uw33 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from the following situations:

• Internet service disruption or disconnection during a game session
• Losses resulting from login credentials shared by the member themselves
• Inability to access the platform due to scheduled maintenance
• Betting outcomes that do not favor the member in a fair game
• User device or system failure that affects a game session

In any circumstance, the maximum total liability of uw33 to any member is limited to the net deposit amount made within the 30 days prior to the claim.

10 Terms Amendment
